Refund policy
CHANGING YOUR MIND | REFUNDS | CANCELLATION
We really hope you love your Henley Woods order. If, however, you change your mind for any reason, you may return your item in its original condition* for a refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept requests for refunds beyond 14 days.
To start a refund, please email us at hello@henleywoods.com where we will guide you through our returns process. You will then be entitled to a refund, which will be paid as soon as possible .
Please note that if you would like to return or exchange your items, this may incur a small return/re-delivery charge, which we will make clear at the time. It is usually around £6.95 but can increase depending on where your order is collected from.
Eg. non-UK mainland addresses may incur higher collection charges.
We can only refund using the initial payment method.
Please enclose the following details with your returned products:
Your name
Your Address
Your order ID number
Reason for return
*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item, and the item's packaging has not been opened or damaged in any way.
Exchanges: Please note that we cannot accept exchanges. Instead, we would suggest that your initial order is returned and refunded as per the above, and that you then place another order with the other items that you would like.
Cancellations: We aim to dispatch and ship orders as soon as possible (usually same or next working day). If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately, and if it has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue you a refund. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders - if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us, and once received back, we will issue you a refund. Please note that, as per the above, there is a fee associated with returned orders.
DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY:
Should you receive a delivery from Herbarium that is damaged, contact us immediately at hello@henleywoods.com
We will instruct you via email on the method in which to claim your replacement. Please take a photo of the damaged products and email a photo of your damaged products, along with your order confirmation, to hello@henleywoods.com within 24 hours of delivery – we can only proceed with issuing the replacement products with proof of damage. Receipts must be provided as proof of purchase.
SKIN REACTION TO THE PRODUCT ORDERED:
The products we produce are skin-friendly, and it is important to always use products as directed on the label and to read and understand provided ingredients lists before use.
In the event that you have an adverse reaction to one of our products, please stop using the product immediately, take a photo of your skin reaction as proof, and contact us immediately at hello@henleywoods.com, and we will assist.
Please note, we are not able to refund or exchange products due to skin reactions. It is advised that you seek advice from your Doctor or Dermatologist if you are unsure. You should use the products according to their ingredient list stated on the reverse labelling on the outer package and also found on this website.
