SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

 

Standard tracked mail delivery - £4.50  up to 2kg    WHEN INDICATED AT CHECKOUT, SHIPPING IS FREE
Standard tracked mail delivery - £8.00  up to 5kg   WHEN INDICATED AT CHECKOUT ,SHIPPING IS FREE
Delivery within 2-4  working days. Courier delivers Mon-Sat but excludes Bank Holidays.

Next day delivery Royal Mail - £5.50  Order before 10am up to 2kg
Next day delivery Royal Mail - £10.00  Order before 10 am up to 5kg
Delivery within 24 hours. Courier delivers Mon-Sat but excludes Bank Holidays

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you need to send orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

IMPORTANT/ If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out on the next business day Monday - Friday.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, inclement weather or due to other Royal Mail delivery issues that are beyond our control.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

International or EU Orders have tax collected at the checkout.

TRACKING ORDERS:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include your Royal Mail tracking link so you can see exactly where your products are.

BACK ORDERS:

Whilst we always aim to have a full stock of products, from time to time we may sell out. If this happens, you will receive an email from us specifying if a backorder applies to any of the products you have ordered, which may affect the delivery time of your order.
